Pagination | Salary Data API

Pages and cursors for every list.

Every list takes page (from 1) and per_page (50 by default, at most 200), or a cursor.

Pages

The first answer's meta has count, page, per_page, total, total_pages, next_page, prev_page (null at the ends) and next_cursor.

Cursors

Send cursor= with next_cursor as it came to carry on from where the last answer stopped. A cursor answer has only count and next_cursor, so it stays fast however far you go; next_cursor is null at the end. When page and cursor are both sent, page wins.
