Salary Data API refunds

Cancelling, and when we refund
Last updated 27 October 2026Operated by DeveloperData.net, Bangkok

The short version

  • Cancel any time in your account. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your key carries on as a free key.
  • A plan cancelled within 14 days of its first charge, with fewer than 500 calls made, is refunded in full.
  • We also refund when the mistake is ours: a charge made twice, a charge after a cancellation that had already taken effect, or a fault on our side that stopped the API working and that we could not fix.
  • Otherwise the unused part of a period is not paid back.

How it works

  1. 01
Cancel in your accountBilling, Cancel the plan. It asks first and says when the plan ends.
  2. 02
Ask with the form belowSigned in, with the charge you mean. Requests are taken through this form only.
  3. 03
The answer comes to youIn My tickets and by email. An approved refund goes back to the card it came from through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

A refund cancels any partner commission on that sale. Please talk to us before a chargeback: while a card dispute is open, the account can be paused.
